First Contact

When a client contacts Sydney Design & Landscape Creations with an enquiry, we will set up an onsite meeting. This is a no obligation meeting with Stephen who has 24 years experience in design and construction.

 


Consultation

 

Stephen will meet on site with client and spend 15-30 min viewing property and discuss clients needs and desires. He will assess property and discuss what is possible, what will and won't work. Discussion will be made about use of areas - clients lifestyle and tastes.

After your consultation, Stephen will then spend a further 30 min measuring up property and sketching ideas. Client is often asked to email photos or images to the company over the next few days for us to gain a better understanding of our client's style and desires. Back at the office Stephen will hand sketch possible options for design which will then get drawn up as a 2D/3D concept image if you decide to choose a Design Concept Package. This isn’t always necessary.

Depending on the project, and if it requires approval, we will discuss the process of DA approvals, CDC or Exempt with the client.


Construction

Once the concept plan is finalised the client will receive an exact quotation - not an estimate pricing. Attached will be a reference check for the company with a history of projects with photos and a contact number for project.

At the point you are ready for construction to begin, Sydney Design & Landscape Creations will have a contract drawn up. This will include work to be completed, schedule, payment plan and warrantees.
