PACKAGE 3 • Detailed Landscape Design Plan for lodgement including structural plans i.e. retaining wall, swimming pool, carport, pergola etc. Plant Specifications and 3 Elevations included: $3,900.00

Lodgement: Preparation of document required for Council (DA) submission $2,250.00 Preparation of documents required for Private Certifier (CDC) submission $1,500.00

*Please note that lodgement fees are additional to the design fee.

A. New Design and 3D Concept Images $780.00

B. 3D Concept Images from plan (Designs Plan from Packages 1,2 or 3) $300.00

C. 3D Concept Images rendered with video $280.00
